Mastering Examples

What is ‘Mastering’: Mastering is the final, critical step in the audio production process, ensuring your recording is ready to be experienced on all devices, and from all sources.  This includes balancing the frequency response, taming resonances and artifacts created during the recording / mixing process, and bringing the track to optimal industry standard volume while preserving the dynamic range.  Mastering is a crucial process that puts the final polish on your track, transforming it from a regular stereo mix into a fantastic, professional sounding recording. Our mastering is a custom process, performed by a well-trained engineer, to provide critical attention to detail that no automated AI plugin can provide.

Mixing Examples

What is ‘Mixing’: Mixing is the process of analyzing, balancing, and enhancing a group of recorded tracks to form a cohesive, balanced song. Producing a great mix requires a certain minimum level of hardware and software, but it is far more important that mixing be done in an appropriately treated room, and that the engineer has a well-trained ear, an in-depth knowledge of his tools, and a process that is proven to consistently produce professional quality results. Developing these skills takes years of experience, training, and great mentors. Your music deserves nothing less!
